| Questions about Technical Resource Outsourcing |
| Q1. |
How will I be able to communicate with my offshore developers? |
| A. |
We can be reached daily through multiple channels of communications. Our offices have dedicated U.S. phone numbers, so no need to worry about international dialing and charges. Our developers also respond promptly to emails and are available on all major messenger clients, including MSN, Google Talk and Yahoo. This gives you access to your resource instantly. |
| Q2. |
How can I track the progress of my work assigned to offshore developers? |
| A. |
All developers maintain a progress report in excel format which consists of start time, end time, total hours consumed, and detailed explanations of work completed. These reports are maintained on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and sent to you so that you know exactly what work has been completed towards your project. We also use Issue Manager, an issue management tool, to facilitate the tracking and resolution problems. |
| Q3. |
If I hired a resource on an hourly basis for an entire month for 8 hours a day, will I be billed for 8 hours daily? |
| A. |
Certain outsourcing assignments fail due to the following reasons: Not necessarily, it all depends on the daily task assigned. If the task takes 8 hours then you will be billed for 8 hours, however, if the task is completed in 4 hours then you will only be billed for 4 hours. Billing will be based accordingly. You will only be charged for the actual hours spent by the resource. |
| Q4. |
Do I have to take care of their other requirements like travel, relocation, or temporary housing expenses? And what about their sick leaves and insurances? |
| A. |
Absolutely not! One of the best things about TRO is that you do not have to worry about matters not related to your specific work or project. TRO frees you from worries such as staff benefits, personnel management, pensions, health and safety, etc. We handle all that for you, leaving you to concentrate on the development and progress of your work. |
