The employer pays all fees. Our services to applicants like you are provided free-of-charge. Furthermore, you are never under any obligation to work with us. You may enlist our help in finding a position or choose to withdraw your candidacy at any time. |

What happens to my resume once I submit it to FSD Solutions? |

You should receive a call within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) from a Technical Recruiter specializing in the types of positions you are looking for. An interview will be scheduled to go over your background, your job search criteria and a marketing plan will be customized to meet your specific needs. This Technical Recruiter will be your main point of contact throughout your relationship with FSD Solutions. |

Before we work with new employers, we get to know them well so that we can refer candidates and are 100% confident that the employment situation is a good one. |

Never. Your resume will not be distributed anywhere without your prior consent. Your Technical Recruiter will discuss the job description, location, work environment and any applicable information with you before sending your resume to any of our Client Companies. |

This is a very common concern. At FSD Solutions, we are accustomed to handling your situation in a very discrete manner. At our initial meeting, we will discuss what method of communication would work best for you. A unique marketing plan will then be set specific to your needs and requirements. |

In most cases, FSD Solutions will assume or negotiate to have the employer pay for all or part of your relocation. Before matching you with a prospective employer, we will clarify and set proper expectations as to what will take place. |

You can contract your Technical Recruiter as early as 6-8 weeks before your contract is due to end. We'll then start searching for your next great opportunity! |

How soon after I accept a position will I be expected to begin? |

The start date depends upon the employer's needs and your situation. We will help negotiate a time frame that is acceptable to you and the employer. If you must relocate for the position, we will allocate adequate time for travel and getting situated at your new location. |
